Features: Glows in the dark. Posable arms and swiveling head. Comes with sword accessory. This figure was a rare prototype featured in the Paul Budnitz book "I Am Plastic". It's unknown how many were produced.

In 2007, this figure was listed on Ebay. The seller, snakeyip, was from Hong Kong and had been known to sell legitimate Dunny prototypes in the past, likely bought from one of the factories Kidrobot used in China. Some collectors were skeptical of the authenticity, since the seller's avatar on Ebay showed a second Opera Mask prototype that looked more like the production figure with GID paint added by hand. However, the authenticity of these prototypes were later confirmed on Filth's website.
