These unpainted figures - a Lulubelle exclusive at SDCC 2013 - included one body and three heads (Cyco Simon, a rotting bear Soviet super soldier and a new eyeball head). The eyeball heads were also sold separately. Sculpting by L'Amour Supreme. The "bootleg" title refers to these figures being made in China instead of Japan. There was also a blue version.
